    Roger is the former Global Innovation Director of The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change where he advised governments on strategies and policies for digital transformation and innovation.

    He has established and led EMEA and Global Business Units at IBM and co-established its transformational ‘Bluemix Garage’ Innovation Capability.

    Roger has over 25 years of consultancy experience and has worked with clients in over 30 countries across public, private and social sectors.
